Britta was great, from the first communication onwards, wen above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasant. She was also flexible to our requests, and very proactive and responsive even when we were not quick to respond. Regarding the property, it is exactly (if not better!) than as shown on the pictures. Every detail was nice, decoration was beautiful, and every piece of furniture or appliance functional and comfortable - thanks Britta, we will surely be coming back!!

Jose and Vidal are expert and fast communicators. Their house is very nice and comfortably accommodates eight (8) people. The location is prime. The mountainside comes into the backyard and all the stores you need are a two-minute drive away. The beds are comfortable.

John is always responsive and the place is always read and it’s just easy. It’s also a great spot with lovely views of the mountains and pool.

We had 3 couples staying for 2 weeks and this was a wonderful place for us. Great location, very comfortable beds, and a beautiful kitchen and living area. We highly recommend it and hope to come back!

We had an excellent stay with a large family. The home was clean, well equipped, and the host was very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and used the extra large hottub and pool a ton. Highly recommend staying here!

Modern Lakeside 4 Bedroom Designer Villa

This was a beautiful property with a very responsive host. We have stayed in this development before in January and it was a real treat to have access to a firepit rather than a pool. We had our coffee every morning while watching the geese and ducks swim in the lake while enjoying the warmth of the fire. Paradise! When the hot tub was heated it was really lovely too. The views are stunning and the house is immaculately clean. There is a really nice hiking trail within walking distance and lots of stores, pharmacies, etc. nearby. We would definitely stay here again on our annual sisters' trip!

Me and my family really enjoyed this home. Everything was perfect! Beautiful location and fun for everyone. I would definitely return here again for a little getaway or a long vacation stay. House was Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Thank you for hosting us!

Joan was a great host, very responsive, and the condo was spotless, super comfortable, and in a great location to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament (which was just a 10 minute drive away). Parking was easy. All went smoothly. Thank you Joan!

Everything about this place is amazing! The view was amazing when laying out in the sun, swimming in the pool and spending time in the hot tub. All directions were clear and easy, the hosts were quick with communication, and the house was just perfect! I am looking forward to coming again! My whole group had the best time!

The Grey House, A Modern Pool Home in La Quinta

We had a wonderful stay through the holidays. Upon entering, we were greeted with mood lighting and music, a lovely welcome. The home is charming with the right touches and well stocked kitchen. Loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom and amazing shower in the main bathroom. We loved being close to the trails to walk with our dog and the mountain setting is serene. Faye was a great host, easy to communicate with. We love La Quinta and would definitely stay again.

Skye & Star’s Oasis in Terra Lago, Pool/Spa/Vibes!

Jennifer was a great super host! Very responsive. House and pool are 5 stars. Only thing didnt like was the time it took to enter Terra Lago. Shadow Lakes for example in Indio has a keybad and night security, simple. Zero reason it should take 20+ minutes to re-enter area. Everytime you have to show your drivers license and they scan your barcode. The security guards are also extremely slow.

Lake front house

We had 4 couples stay here and plenty of room. The lake was peaceful and a great view from the house. There were a few things missing but Greta replied immediately and had the items delivered within the hour. Very responsive!

This was the finest rental my family has ever had, easily fit my family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). I paid a bit extra for the pool heat, but definitely worth it. It’s a perfect pool with a nice shallow end for toddlers. Kitchen and extras well equipped, neighborhood quiet. Quite a ways from Palm Springs, but Indio and La Quinta have everything - including 2 In n Outs close by. Thanks for sharing your home !
