Beautiful farmhouse, very spacious with 8 adults and 5 kids with loads of room for everyone. The house is even bigger than the pictures make it look. Peaceful location. Large dining room to seat us all. Would definitely visit again and 3 nights wasn't enough. Yvonne was a great host, thank you!

The caravan was very clean and warm despite being very cold outside! The caravan was situated in a quieter are of the site.

A clean, beautiful house in a quiet street. A perfect location very close to the railway station, seafront, pier,swimming pool, town centre, pubs and a large Lidl and Marks and Spencers food hall. Walton has a very friendly, village atmosphere and lots of lovely places to go for a walk and picnic. Lots of places to eat or to stop for coffee and cake. The house is very well equipped and has very modern decor. The back yard has plenty of seating and is completely enclosed with a wall. I would highly recommend it, especially for families. I will definitely book again the next time I want to stay in Walton.

The bakehouse was a great, we had wonderful time the house have everything that you need to feel comfortable and everything it’s 5 min less walking distance. Great place and host . Definitely recommendable

Comfortable, cozy stay in a rural farm stay. We used public transport to get there. Buses are ~2.5 hours apart. There is a village shop 15 min walk away which has small selection of frozen food/sandwiches/milk/bread/egg and other groceries. Own vehicle is preferred to explore the area properly. Kids were happy to see the animals and feed them. Wendy rightly informed us that swimming pool was not operational at that moment before accepting our request.

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Location great in Lower Wivenhoe. Good walks close by. Good easily accessible public transport. A number of Pubs and tea rooms within easy walking distance. Very responsive host. Comfortable and beautifully furnished accommodation. Our family have loved their stay.

Tatiana and Leiam have been very accommodating. Their responses have always been quick when I had any questions. Their home is beautiful and comfortable. It is situated close to shops and restaurants that is walkable. I would recommend them and will definitely book again.
