Berlin : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

A serene super sunny duplex with great open air terrace upstairs, comfortable sleeping and seating in each area, a small but mighty legitimate kitchen with a sizable fridge and a real oven, and a complete bathroom including washing machine. The value was really great considering all the workable amenities and location (yes, an elevator thank heavens, because 5th floor). The bedroom up the spiral stairs was quite large. And did I mention the light? The entire south side of the place is windows and terraces. This is an excellent place whether you’re on a thoughtful contemplative improvised trip like I was, or if you’ve got a mission. Just enough off the main streets for quiet calm, but close enough to the main train station (15 minutes relaxed walk) and all manner of transport. Annabel was upbeat and responsive though I didn’t need anything but the key.

It was a beautiful house as the photos were shown. We both had enough space for sleeping and working and eating in this residency. It was very easy to access to a local restaurants and a supermarket and get to the city center easily by bus. Melina was a very kind person.

Die kleine, helle Wohnung im Souterrain ist besonders liebevoll und gekonnt eingerichtet. Ich habe mich pudelwohl gefühlt. Die gut angebundene, dabei sehr ruhige Lage ist unschlagbar. Der See liegt direkt nebenan und lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Baden ein. Sybil ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die gut kommuniziert. Ich kann das Quartier nur empfehlen.

Mirjam's apartment is even better than the photos show. Very light and airy - looking out on the canal. Decor is stylish and cool. Excellent location for eating and drinking. Easy transport links into the centre of Berlin. Fantastic place to be.

Huan is an excellent host, extremely considerate and helpful. The flat was perfect, in an excellent position, and clean and wholesome to stay in. Huan had provided all the little amenities we needed, but anything extra is available in the many shops and cafes right next door. Thanks Huan!

Fantastisk lejlighed i skøn bydel i Berlin. Ligger i gåafstand til mange gode oplevelser. Lejligheden: To fine soveværelser og mulighed for opredning i stue. Køkken er indrettet så familie på 5 selv kan klare let madlavning - SUPER! Skøn lille altan med et par siddepladser. Roligt nabolag og lejlighedskompleks. Meget rent og alt i fineste orden. Vi vender gerne tilbage en anden gang!

Excellent clean spacious well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and great furnishings throughout. Thomas is an excellent host providing clear instructions and being very responsive.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Great house - perfectly located with easy access to Potsdam and Berlin. Quiet and in walking distance to forest and lake, and local shops. Well decorated, modern kitchen and nice bathroom. Easily fits 4 adults. Hosts were easily accessible and responsive. Would use again.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place. Some of the photos really didn’t do the place justice. Everything was clean, neat and was like a home away from home. Shops super nearby and within walking distance. All in all - perfect for our family stay of 3 💕

Such a lovely place! Beautiful garden and tastefully decorated house equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Peaceful little oasis to rest after days exploring the city! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war super. In der Umgebung gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. Empfehle die Unterkunft an jeden, der im Herzen Berlins seine Zeit verbringen will und trotzdem eine Ruhige Umgebung haben möchte

Nazanin ist eine sehr freundliche und offene Gastgeberin. Sie reagierte sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Unterkunft im 4. Stock ist sehr charmant und man hat seine Ruhe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and has everything you need. It's in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, surrounded by lots of parks, great cafes, and charming shops. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Die Lage ist wunderbar. In der Naehe gibt es einen sehr schoenen See. Björn ist sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, reagierte Björn sehr schnell. Meine Kinder und ich sjnd sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, um auch die Umgebung von Berlin im Südosten zu entdecken. Bei dem extrem guten Sommerwetter war es toll, direkt ein Strandbad um die Ecke zu haben. Und die Entfernung in die Stadt ist mit der S-Bahn quasi vor der Türe auch kein Problem! Peter ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Uns hat es wirklich gut in seiner Wohnung in Grünau gefallen!
