We enjoyed a stay very much! The villa is super cozy and spacious enough for 6 adults. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. Bathroom on every floor comes very handy. Furniture and appliances are old a bit but of a good quality. Sound proofing is also very good - you won’t hear the 1st floor at all if you close the door on the second. There’s a very spacious and clean pool and a table tennis so bring your rackets and enjoy ☺️ 8 minutes to the beach, supermarket is in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly host who can also help you with transfer, car rental and etc. Amazing experience!

Ozan bey çok güzel ilgilendi. Kendisi her mesajımıza döndü ve iletişimden kaçmadı. Ev harikaydı fakat site içerinde çok inşaat vardı daha bitmemişti ve ortak havuzların içi yosun bağlamıştı Ama kendi kullandığımız havuz çok güzeldi teşekkür ederiz tekrardan görüşmek üzere..

The house is beautifully located up in the mountains and the views are truly breathtaking. Everything was as described and even more. We came out of season (February, so no pool time…) but still enjoyed this amazing property and so much it has to offer. The fireplace definitely makes a huge difference and provides a sense of coziness and comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer work fine and so is everything else. The host sent us detailed instructions how to get to the house. So it wasn’t too hard to find the place. But be prepared for some steep mountain slopes and curves. So it’s best getting there while it’s bright outside. I definitely recommend stopping by at the restaurant next to the house and trying some authentic and delicious food they prepare. Overall we had a great experience and would love to come back in the summer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Geyikbayiri. The views were stunning, just as described, and the property was peaceful, with a lovely piece of land surrounding the house. The location was perfect, with easy access to the climbing area, which was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood cats were a charming touch, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the area. Our host Sevil was exceptional—she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, she kindly brought us fresh fruit and eggs, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

This place exceeded all of my expectations. It's a full-fledged house with every amenity you could possibly need. The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

Very kind and responsive host. All the questions and concerns were addressed quickly. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to be back once again someday. The location is top and private territory with a pool (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to slightly cold weather ) gave a certain level of privacy. It might be a bit surprising to wake up at 5:30AM due to a Mosque located nearby, but we get used to it after a few days. All in all: Highly recommend

Konaklamamız son derece keyifli geçti. Son derece geniş odaları ve ortak yaşam alanları mevcuttu. Her odanın kendine ait banyosu olması son derece konforluydu. Ev tarafımıza gayet temiz teslim edildi. Akşam yemekleri dahil genelde keyifli bahçesinde zaman geçirdik. Yaz aylarında havuz kullanımı ile çok daha hoş zaman geçirilecektir. Chers Akin et Ahmet, merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux de ma part et de celle de ma famille ! Dès le premier jour, je me suis immédiatement senti chez moi et à l'aise. Par exemple, l'effort que vous avez fait pour aller au restaurant et faire les courses avec nous. Organiser une voiture de location, organiser la promenade en bateau et le barbecue avec musique et danseuse. Ahmet le concierge nous a également bien guidé avec tout et je lui en suis très reconnaissant ! C'était de super vacances et le séjour dans la villa était super détendu et confortable. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et tout était très propre et hygiénique Je vous recommanderai sans hésiter !

The place was very clean with new bed linens and towels. The place is located inside a gated community with 24/7 security. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Instructions were clear. All amenities were as described. The host even allowed us to stay for an extra day for free which was super convenient and so nice of him. He also provided us with cat litter box which was also very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mustafa and Radim were both very helpful and friendly. From the moment I first messaged them they answered all my questions and were really nice. My friends and I loved the villa. It looked exactly like the photos and the place was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the villa felt great to stay in. Definitely recommend!

Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Kutluhan’s villa was super nice. Everything was brand new and modern. I loved the area. Very peaceful. I would rate this a 10/10! I’m definitely going back. My family owns a house nearby. I will stay here again next time ❤️❤️ I was very sad when I was leaving.

Just returned from a great holiday, Gem the manager arranged all our bookings for car hire, restaurant's, and activities and made some great savings for us. Gem also provided information regarding the best places to go. The Villa was large and spotless and the facilities where excellent especially the pool. Gem provided us with inflatables for the pool, so most evenings we where playing volleyball in the pool. Whilst the villa was excellent the best part of the holiday was Gem the manager, he couldn't do enough for us. He was only a call away, we would call him when we arrived at a restaurant and pass the phone to him so he could speak to restaurant owner and get discount. Top guy and Top holiday. Will definitely return.

This was a fantastic stay. The villa itself was spotless, shining and beautiful as per the photos. Erdal overcame the language barrier effectively with a translation app and was always prepared to help, and even invited me for coffee and chat in his house. The air conditioning works well for heating if required or cooling. Swimming pool is completely private - great for families who value privacy. Lovely local shops to buy food, and meat for the bbq. Great base to relax and explore. So much natural beauty within short driving distance, from mountains and woodlands to crystal clear sea waters. To list a few relatively highlights to visit nearby: Phaselis ruins and beach, Calis mountain walk, Keane bogazi gorge and mountain drive, cirali yanartas mountain on fire. I would certainly recommend and stay again. My suggestion would be for hot water available for the morning especially for those wanting a morning shower, before the solar panel heating kicks in (lovely and hot in daytime).

Je ne serais comment remercier mon hôte pour toute l’attention dont il a fais preuve durant notre séjour. Très bonne personne et très sympathique. N’hésite pas a être très a l’écoute. Le logement est sublime et correspond parfaitement a la description! Je recommande les yeux fermer!
