This stay has always met my expectations and is a very comfortable property. Anyone looking for a fully furnished Airbnb in this region can opt for this without second thoughts :)

Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable. We highly recommend Sun Sand Sea-esta for a beautiful and relaxing beachside getaway.

The Bunny Beach House in Ullal is a charming and serene coastal retreat located near the beautiful beaches of Ullal, a peaceful area in Karnataka, India. The beach is generally less crowded compared to other popular tourist spots, allowing for a more private and tranquil experience. Only draw back is the depth of the beach so it’s not safe to play in beach. 2. Ambience: The property has a rustic, homely feel, with well-maintained rooms and a relaxed vibe. Beautiful clean house. We were 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids - 1 year old and 4 year old). It was essential for us to at least cook meals for the kids. So glad to have an almost functional and clean kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean and must say the balcony view was amazing! The beach is just 200 meters away for the apartment and it is almost like a private beach (just a handful of people and a clean beach). Sandeep’s (host) assistance was great, was really proactive with all our needs!

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

I was so lucky to have booked this place just the night before arriving, and everything worked out. On the small island, it is one of the last house,s which makes it quiet at night, at least when I was there. The AC saved me from the heat, and restaurants were not too far in talking distance, maybe about 15 minutes. Nothing to do with the place but just for other travelers to know: The beach in this part was really very dirty in February. It may not be what you expect.

Have to say, Olivia's place was more beautiful than what we saw in the photos. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star accommodation. The best part was that 2 families could stay together in one place, and food for infants was not a problem as we had a fully equipped kitchen. My elder one enjoyed the home theatre. We definitely recommend this place, and will also stay here when we come to Mangalore the next time. Thank you so much Olivia for making our trip a memorable one.
